not approachable company
I also received the 10 pack EPSON compatible ink cartridges from BIS. Only the black and cyan(blue) work in my Epson Stylus NX400.

Works great
I was amazed at when i first saw this item and saw the price. This set contains 10 inks for $50 and i saw one ink at Staples for $18 per black.
